More out of laziness than lack of time I haven’t post for a while. Since a while me, my friend Simon and some others have occupied a building in the Dametzstrasse, Linz. Man oh man, I was just a bit hungry and had to wait for the stuffed whole chicken for at least 45 more minutes and I was thinking: what to eat? Good for me (and Christina) I gave Christina a small present in the shape of a blender. since that unit is standing in the kitchen our apartment is stuffed with fresh fruit so that is a good thing. I never used the blender before so this was the first time. I had a banana, peaches apricot and orange juice. Blended it. Owwwwwwwwwwwowow,  good ey! An explosion of freshness, slightly sweet, slightly sour and very very fluffy was satisfying ever square mm of my tongue.
To create a masterpiece of this you need at least semi master equipment. The professional is stuff really expensive but there is very nice GFT alternative: The Philips HR2094/00. (now on sale on amazon)
this baby mixes and crushes everything, easy to clean, glass & aluminum and has awesome blue leds flashing while mixing. Better buy this one and enjoy life a bit more.

Btw Philips is dutch so it good anyway.
